Floating Centre Caps
Custom SLA printed centre caps
These caps use a double ball bearing design to always keep the Subaru logo upright even while the wheels are in motion. I modelled them in Fusion to fit around the existing aluminum casing, then 3D printed them entirely on the SLA printer using high-temp resin, tested to withstand brake temperatures.
Modelling
This project was developed using Fusion 360 for precise 3D modelling and prototyping. Final components were printed using a Formlabs SLA printer to achieve high detail and a refined surface finish.
